So with lot's of great feedback from the community and the patient Beta testers we've decided that before we release any more features, we want to get the new CMS online.

It has always been a part of the site that Jason and I were just not happy with the flow and it just wasn't intuitive enough. There were some creators like James Riot and Barry Linck who managed to create some really nice looking sites. And thanks for James for writing a beginners tutorial which I am going to post in the tutorials section.

So we've pushed the full release of the Content feed and the events calendar to later this week instead of today as planned. I think you will all be happy with the new look of the CMS though. If you check out the CMS section, you can see some areas already being worked on and switched over.

Also you can see the work in progress on the Content Feed and Calendar in your MYvolt section.

The Content Feed will be a very handy place to see everything that is going on WEvolt. From your friends to global updates. You can also 'Subscribe' to friends and projects there to recieve more detailed updates on the things you like.

The Event Calendar is mostly there, you can schedule events, invite people, add reminders and todos. We're just working on the display of the items still, but feel free to go and play around.

NOTE: Creating events adds a private Forum board to your personal Forum section. If you don't want this, just delete it, or leave it private.
